Largest in Cancun! The Universal Center is a multipurpose purpose complex suitable for expositions and trade shows as well as meetings requiring lots of breakouts. Having 55,000 square feet of flexible space on the ground floor and another 37,000 square ft above plus 15,000 sq. ft. of pre function space on each floor, large loading bays, with close proximity to the airport and seaport make the Expo Center the most convenient place in Cancun to host a trade show or exhibition.

The Conference Center features a grand ballroom with unobstructed seating for up to 3,000 people, permanent staging and a 30 ft ceilings, large multi faceted pre function areas, a jr. ballroom, 13 breakouts and a high tech board of directors room all on a single level.

All Facilities include access panels every few meters provide easy hook-ups for microphone, video, data, telephone and electricity, eliminating the necessity of taping cables across high traffic areas. For an unobstructed view, ceilings have drop-down elevators for LCD and video projectors, and rigging points to hang display boards, corporate themes and automatic screens. Freight elevators and large loading bays make for simple load in and out in both complexes.
