You will embark on an experience unlike any other to restore, detoxify and above all, relax.  This stunning world class, full service spa offers an extensive menu filled with one-of-a-kind treatments.  If you need assistance with choosing them, our dedicated team of spa experts will help you design the perfect program that matches your needs.  The journey begins by unwinding in the hydrotherapy area; once relaxed you enter one of the spa’s treatment rooms, each one filled with thoughtful details such as scented candles, soothing rhythms and soft lighting.  Many treatments are administered in outdoor palapas overlooking the ocean. We invite you to join us for a wonderful, fun and revitalizing vacation, in the most welcoming atmosphere of the Riviera Maya! 

All Spa packages include complimentary use of the first level hydrotherapy facilities on the day of your scheduled appointment.

For Palace Resorts guests not purchasing a Spa service, the fee is $25 per person, per day.
Hydrotherapy Area open from : 8:00am to 7:30 pm.
Spa Treatment Service Open From : 9:00 to 7:00pm.

Remember that you may choose to use the all-inclusive whirlpools, plunge, steam and dry sauna, lockers and showers at the indoor pool and lower level facilities at no additional charge.
